The second goal was scored in the 57th minute by Nicolae Dica (Steaua Bucuresti), when the entire Moldovan footballers’ defensive made a mistake.

During the entire match Moldovan footballers didn’t have any clear phase of scoring goals. Viktor Pasulko, the coach of the Moldovan team, convoked for this game the following football players: Denis Romanenco, Eduard Valuta, Sergiu Lascencov, Nicolae Josan (60' Adrian Cucovei), Valeriu Catansus, Victor Golovatenco, Vladimir Tanurcov (67' Sergiu Pogreban), Andrei Burcovschi (78' Alexandru Stadiciuc), Viorel Frunza (83' Gheorghe Boghiu), Victor Barisev (41' Eugen Boicenco), Denis Calincov (68' Eduard Grosu).
